Abayas Based on Our Size Chart

Dear customer, if you choose an abaya based on the measurements provided in our size chart and only add the required length, you may exchange or return the abaya if you are not satisfied with it, provided that it has not been used, the request is made within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the abaya is returned complete with all of its original accessories, including the box and any other included items.

In this case, only a KWD 2 delivery fee will be charged for the courier.

Custom-Made Abayas

If you order an abaya made according to your own specifications and personal measurements, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as the abaya is specially made according to your individual requirements.

Incorrect Measurements

If you enter your measurements incorrectly, we can assist in correcting them if you notify us on the same day and before production of the abaya has started.

Once the abaya has been produced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified, as we are not responsible for measurements entered incorrectly by the customer.

Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Orders

If the abaya has a manufacturing defect or you receive an abaya different from the one you ordered, please contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you, as customer satisfaction is always our priority.

Order Preparation Time

Abayas require approximately 10 business days for preparation, excluding Fridays and official public holidays, as these are workshop rest days.

Delivery

Once your order has been prepared within the stated timeframe, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
